Dr. Faye Baker is a devoted shepherd and has been for over 25 years. She is well rounded and known for her humility and servant leadership. She is married to Paul Baker, Sr. and together they have 6 children and 22 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Pastor Baker has experience in church ministry, administration and education. She studied Bible Theology at Agape Bible College and earned her Doctorate.
Pastor Baker is a teacher, prophet, author, mentor and most of all, she is sold out in her walk with the Lord. She served the former Pastor and founder, the late Minnie Fredrick Baker, for many years until her passing. After the passing of her leader, Pastor Baker was installed and ordained as Pastor by Dr. Curtis Lee, overseer. Since then, she has been committed to the cause of Christ and to his people. Above all, she is passionate about allowing her life and testimony to bless others.

Ever-Ready is a place of community. Over the years, God has entrusted us with people from all walks of life and we have seen God transform lives in miraculous ways. Ever-Ready is a Re-building station in that it becomes a place where people with a past can re-build their lives under Godly counsel and leadership. It is a Re-fueling station in that it becomes the place where individuals, couples, and families, can come to be refreshed and to be replenished from life stages and life phases.
Ever-Ready is a Refining Station. It becomes the place in one's life, that God uses to challenge old paradigms and to provoke both maturity and accountability. Finally, Ever-Ready is a family friendly and a safe place. When you come to Ever-Ready, you will find a group of people that love Jesus and are committed to serving others.
